Well since I love the 2S4Y Blog Sketches and dont get to join in as much as I would like.

Once I saw the sketch and of course that Fantasic Prize up on offer it would have been rude not to join in!!!!!I decided to join in.Why not take a `Peek` it`s not to late.

Been full of lurgies so not much mojo around these parts lately.

Cuttlebug Challenge`Be Inspired # 42`

This weeks Be Inspired Challenge #42 at the Cuttlebug Blog `is

showcasing the beautiful new`Library folder`from PROVCRAFT.
The Challenge is to create a gatefold card using the `Library folder` for a `friend`
I used the beautiful new `Library` folder using it on my perfectly matched vellum from PM,along with the NEW `Victoria` folder &the beautiful `Textile` folder .
I scored the card with my fabulous Score-it !!!WoW I love it.
Black and white stayzon ink.diamonds Kaban,tiny piece of ripped vellum
ribbons buttons charm and pearl brads all from my craft box.
Borders and flowers cut out using my craft robo.Using plain card and card from COREDINATIONS.

Ok I created a box...of which I used my

Score-It on to score all those lines before assembling together the box.

Which houses these small tags and matching envelopes.

All embossed with the beautiful `Victoria` folder.

I used CORE-DINATIONS cardstock and filed it.What beautiful effects it gives.

a few `Patties Pretties` a bit of ribbon ,thread ,Prima flower ,and buttons to finish my gift set.

Monday Rendezvous` Showcasing the CB Herringbone Folder`

I am delighted and `Proud` to be `Showcasing` CB`Herringbone` Folder from Provocraft with you all today.
This is my first Tutorial as Senior DT at the CB Blog.. so please bear with me!!!!
I would like to show you all how the `Herringbone` folder has a beautiful effect on
`Soft Leather`…
I created a bag and card to show you just how pleasing and versatile they can be.
Wouldnt they make beautiful gifts to sell in your ETSY SHOPS!!!
You will need.

Cuttlebug Machine. Herringbone embossing folder-Provocraft
Piece of Material (I got my patterned piece from a thrift shop for 50p) Bargain!!!
A piece of soft leather material. Sewing machine or needle and cotton if you haven’t one. Lace and diamond trimmings. Berry pins (for tacking).buttons. A good fabric glue. Piece of thread and strings. Pen for marking or sewing chalk.
All these were obtained from my local Market craft stall.
Diamonds.Kaban.Doddlebug Rub-ons’s good pair of scissors.I use my trusty Fiskars.

`Christmas in July`

Fiskars Tutorial...
Today I am going to share my card along with a Tutorial I created for the Fiskars Blog.
Showing how the circle Shape Templates can be useful item in your craft box.
I created a Christmas card!!!!
Yes!!!

`Christmas in July`.
Well the early bird catches the worm so they say.
I thought I would start early.
And of course it’s always nice to create that something a little bit different from the normal.

So I thought a round card would make a change.

Tools you need to create your card with matching tag
Fiskars Border Punch scalloped Lace. Circle shape Templates.Shape cuter
Shape cutter Mat.Scissors.Shapes templates all available from HERE.
Other tools and Materials used
Blue Bazzil Cardstock.3d foam pads, Double sided tape,
BG Figgy Pudding papers and chipboard.
Brenda Pinick.. Clear txt sentiment. Diamonds Kaban.
Red raffia (Tesco) ribbon local Market. Heart Pin a gift from a friend;)
I think the main base for the card is quite simple really.
First using your circles cutter
Place on your A4 piece of card with a slight overlap at the top fold
Hold down and cut around your circle shape as shown in diagram 1.

Then using your circle cutter cut out a full circle shape.
Use the shapes template and cut the circle out in patterned paper.
Therefore leaving you with your card, and two shapes out of patterned paper
Add the txt to the smaller cut circle
As shown in Diagrams 2 & 3


Take a strip of your blue card and punch along the full length on one side to create your border strip. Then start assembling your pieces together.
`Tip` Just before you assemble your pieces use the edge of your scissors and slightly rub around the edges of your card and paper.
I think it gives more definition to the finished card.
Assemble all pieces of your card and dress with
Chipboard diamonds and ribbons
To finish
`Voila` your card.

For the Tag
Do the exact same as you did for your card but use the circle from the
Shapes template for the main base of your tag.
Dress and finish with ribbon to complete.
The tag makes a great accompanist to the card.

Gesso. Accrylic paints.K&Co Rub ons .Craft robo.Fiskars Border Punch.
A cardboard box ripped recycled to create the card and tag.
Pheww I think that`s it.
